SharpEnd International cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well

rights, fraud and other rights, and to help protect you from bad actors.

government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal
activity, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, city, state,
telephone number, email address, usage history, IP address, access times
and fraud complaints without a subpoena. Further, we can (and you authorize
us to) disclose your name, street address, city, state, zip code, country,
phone number, email, IP address, access times and company name to Clients
under confidentiality agreement, as we in our sole discretion believe
necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud,
intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity.
We also reserve the right to share information in order to investigate,
prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud,
situations involving personal threats to the physical safety of any person,
violations of SharpEnd International’s Terms of Use, or as otherwise
required by law.
Limitations on Privacy
Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all
of your private communications and other personal information will never
be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By
way of example (without limiting the foregoing), third parties may unlawfully
